Here at Kelly Lowe Glass I maintain a mailing list to keep in contact with my friends and customers. I don't send things out too often, quarterly at the most, and if there are a few things of note in the same time frame I try to condense them into a single message or mailing: I know your time is valuable.

So what sort of things are included on the mailing list? Mostly invitations to open houses or letting you know of any drastic changes. For day-to-day information I use the Studio News section of this website to communicate with those who are interested. The mailing list is more for time sensitive information or things of a grander scope. (e.g. I've finally discovered how to turn glass into gold, come down and help yourself!)

I maintain the mailing list myself, and do not use any third party mailers or programs (just Outlook) to manage the list and sending of messages. I do this because your privacy is important to me: by keeping it all under my control I can ensure that your information is used only for its intended purpose, never shared with anyone under any circumstances, and held to the utmost of discretion. Messages are always sent BCC, meaning that those on the list cannot see to whom else the message has been sent. I do this because this way I can ensure that the only people with your information is you and me - and I promise to always treat it with the respect you deserve.

Interested in joining the mailing list? For those who use Outlook, Mail, or any other configured default mailing program, it's as simple as:

In the email body please include the email address you wish to receive the mailing list mailings to (if you specify no email address I will use the address from which you sent the email). As well, if you'd like to be included in our standard snail mail mailings, please include your name and address.

For those of you interested in joining but for whom the above link doesn't work, simply send me an email at kelly@kellyloweglass.com, subject: Please Add Me To Your Mailing List, and follow the instructions above.

If for some reason you ever decide to remove yourself from the mailing list, I'm sorry to see you go, but understand. Simply email me at kelly@kellyloweglass.com and tell me what info you wish removed (name, email and address) and I'll get to it ASAP. When I delete an entry I delete it permanently, with no leftover records, so you can be secure in that knowledge.
